Vital Signs Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This candidate will handle the day to day service needs of our internal departments, working with commercial and individual clientele.

This job will require multitasking in a busy team environment. This individual should be highly organized, detail oriented with excellent follow up, have a positive attitude, eager to learn and excellent attendance. No insurance experience necessary!

Applicants considered for the position will have a positive interview and be able to pass a criminal and background check.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Assist in the process of client’s renewal policies
• Service individual and business accounts (endorsements, enrollments/changes, terminations, coverage inquiries)
• Creating Presentation Materials & Marketing
• Accounts Payable/Receivable
• Checking Documents for accuracy
• Printing/ Filing/ Scanning/ Binding
• Other Duties as Assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year office experience preferred
• Proficient skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and Power Point
• Minimum Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
